Meet the founders

Our Story

"It shouldn't have to be this way" became a common phrase among us, but it sparked a positive change. Our frustrations with injuries, surgeries, and sports underperformances turned into motivation. We felt deep compassion for the NHS patients we worked with who faced challenges, and this inspired us to find solutions. Our conversations began to focus on how we could help ourselves and others: reducing injuries, maximizing athletic performance, waking up with more energy, staying fit and healthy as we age, and doing more of what we love to live fulfilling lives.

We used our own lives to test and explore different theories and concepts from the world of human performance, physical training and psychology. inspired by the worlds of movement, JEMS® yoga, CALISTHENICS and mixed martial arts where the focus was on whole body and mind connection as well as control, awareness and mobility.

we started doing daily movement practices and noticed we could move with more freedom and ease as well as Finding the body and mind nourishment of having a movement practice.

This is where the concept of ON-FORM was born. We started sharing the movement and mobility sessions that had benefited us with a wider community of people who wanted to move more, move better, and continue doing what matters to them. The sessions we designed are not just about completing a 10-minute movement routine on the mat; it’s about what that session enables you to do in life.

“Movement has been an incredibly important part of my life. Movement has not only allowed me to EXPERIENCE THINGS i NEVER DREAMED OF, LIKE travelLING THE WORLD, BEING A PROFESSIONAL athlete AND REPRESENTING MY COUNTRY, but it ALSO allows me to connect with the things I love and most importantly the people I love. I am moving now to hopefully give myself the best chance of LIVING a life full of doing and being the person i want to be.”
