What is is on-form

ON-FORM IS A online platform that gives you access to hours of pre-recored movement, MOBILITY and mind vidoes designed to fit into your life and to support you toward your goals and help people improve how confident and capable they feel in their body and mind.

what if i have got pre-EXISTING MEDICAL conditions

We recomend that everyone before they start seek medical advice from a trained and capable professional like a medical doctor. We also recomend that you take ADVANTAGE of our 14 day free trial (cancel any time in 14 days for a full refund) and show your medical PROFESSIONAL the sessions to get more DETAILED advice from them.

Am i tied into a contract

if you pay by the month then you can cancel at anytime and not pay for the FOLLOWING month.

IF you sign up for the 12 month deal you are signing up for a minimum of 12 months.

who is on-form for

We want on-form to be for as many people as POSSIBLE so long as it is medically safe and advisable for you to do so. We have graded our movement SESSIONS in difficulty level as a 1-5 with 1 being the easiest and 5 the hardest. We offer a 14 day risk free trial (cancel any time in 14 days for a full refund) for you to access our platform and determine if it is right for you.

what level of fitness do i need to be at.

We have aimed to create a wide range of videos from beginners to advanced and have done our best to label them as such. However DISCRETION should always be down to YOURSELF, if SOMETHING feels to STRENUOUS, hurts or feels like it is on the wrong side of UNCOMFORTABLE, please stop and consult your medical professional as how to best proceed.

do i need Gym access or equipment?

most of the vidoes will not need equipment and if they do, we will clearly state this. the videos have been designed so you can do them in most places where you can fit a gym mat and move around SAFELY. no gym required!

is on-form a stand alone fitness platform?

We have added a section of stand alone movement workouts however, we see our platform as more of a SUPPLEMENT to support your current activities, sports, hobbies.
